- What bracelet brands are your beads compatible with?
All our European beads are compatible with Pandora, Chamilia, Biagi and Trollbeads bracelets. However our "Trolleads Style Beads" section are compatible only with the Troll and Trollbeads bracelet, and this will be specified in the item description. Additionally, Trollbeads have silver cores that are smaller than other beads and will NOT fit Chamilia or Biagi bracelets .

- How high-quality are Europenbling's beads and bracelets?
We carry only high-quality handcrafted European beads and bracelets made of Murano Glass, solid sterling silver, gold plated, or 14K gold bearing the industry standard 925 and 14K hallmarks.

You should avoid wearing it in the shower, swimming pool, hot tub or other areas exposed to chemicals.

Shipping
- How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is $2.00 on the first item and only $0.50 for each additional item, FREE Domestic shipping on $50 or more orders, International shipping is $2.50 on the first item and only $1.00 for each additional item. To receive our combined shipping rate, all items must be paid for at the same time. Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping on multiple orders that have been partially paid for.
To protect your investment and our business, shipping insurance at a flat rate of $2.00 is automatically applied to the invoice for $50 or more orders.
We want you to receive the items you ordered as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped from the US within 1 business days after payment clears.

- How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-7 days if you live in the US , and international orders usually take 10-14 days to arrive, or somewhat longer depending on the security and customs procedures in your country. A shipping notification will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

- Why is a shipping insurance required?
Shipping insurance at a cost of $2.00 is required on $50 or more orders. Then, in the event of loss or damage of your order, we are able to handle it as quickly as possible, without your having to worry about filing a claim with shipping carrier and waiting for a lengthy investigation.

- How to place an order ?
When viewing any of our products, you will be able to click on the "Add To Cart" button.
At anytime you may view, edit or checkout your shopping cart by clicking "View cart" or "Shopping Cart" icons.
When doing checkout, you will be offered a choice of "Paypal" checkout, or "Credit card" checkout. Paypal will allow using your existing Paypal account or regular credit card checkout in case you do not have Paypal account.
Both methods are extremely secure, protected by 128-bit SSL encryption machanism.
Please note - All orders has to be placed through our online store; we are not able to take retail orders over the phone, email or fax.

- What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with anything you purchase from us, please return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable, however, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our side. We do not generally charge restocking fees. However, reasonable restocking fees might be levied in the event of what we consider to be unreasonably excessive returns.
